Jem is a trusted advisor and coach to CEO’s and senior leadership teams across the government, private and not-for-profit sectors. He helps create more mindful leaders and healthier work-place cultures. Lou Hammer, the founder and director of One Day P.A., is an expert in all things organisation. 

After working in the corporate world for over 10 years, Lou launched local lifestyle management company One Day P.A. in 2016. Working long days in her event management job, Lou never had enough time or energy to organise her life admin; wait at home for a tradie, take her car to get serviced or do a weekly grocery shop. After chatting with her girlfriends about this challenge she quickly realised that there were many other women out there that just did not have time, or know where to start to organise things, so One Day P.A. was launched to help busy women get stuff done.
